I have an up coming show in April! Excited to work on these paintings!. Typicaly when I start an new series, I organize all of my photos into a new folder and remove them as a paint them. Kind of like a check list :) It keeps me organized. These next paintings are all in and around Tübingen.

I've finally had time to get back to this piece! I'll be working on the buildings for the next few sessions! 

So far so good! Heres where I'm at the my Tübingen series so far!

If you're wondering about the paper on the left image, I was a bit overwhelmed by the house in the foreground... So much so that I had to hide it, so that I could work on the background houses a little easier :) The image on the right is about a 3rd of the way done I'd say. All the base colours and forms are there! now I just need to get into the details!

The beginnings of a new piece. This Photo I took on my way home from the art studio where I worked in Acadia, a community in Calgary Alberta. I'm excited to see how it'll turn out :)
